Smart Sensing is a passive data collection tool that collects data from mobile based sensors and provides a financial too helping you know where your expenses are focused.
Data collected includes communication events, screen activity, battery usage, software information and wifi access points. We use this data to show users how they use their device, and the main statistics are summarized in a dashboard which they can access through the app.
The app ships with a financial diary tool that consolidates securely where you're spending money on.
Privacy and Permissions: On installation, the smart sensing app request for several permissions to monitor ongoing device/phone activity on your phone. Your privacy is important to us therefore your personal information is stored securely and never shared except for use cases defined in the agreement that we make with each participant.
